First, try the gentle approach. Tilt the entire bin on its side. Sometimes, gravity and a slight wiggle of the inner bucket are all you need to loosen it. If that doesn't work, create an air gap. Carefully slide a long, thin object like a butter knife or a ruler down between the inner and outer bin. This breaks the vacuum seal that often causes the sticking.
