First, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us via email at support@example.com or through the contact form on our website. To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the damage to the bin.
Based on your preference and product availability, we typically offer one of two solutions:
1. Replacement: We will ship a brand-new, undamaged urban trash bin to you at no extra cost.
2. Refund: If a replacement isn't suitable, we can issue a full refund to your original payment method.
For a replacement, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the damaged unit back to us. In some cases, for minor damage, we may offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the bin. Our goal is to resolve all damage claims within 5-7 business days after we receive your request and supporting evidence.
Please note that this policy applies specifically to damage that occurred during shipping or manufacturing defects. Damage from normal wear and tear or misuse after delivery is not covered.
