That means if a lid, latch, or structural component fails because of a manufacturing issue, we'll review it and, where appropriate, repair or replace the affected part. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper installation, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications. Some models may have slightly different coverage, so it's always best to check the product page or the paperwork that came with your order. If you think you have a warranty issue, just contact our support team with your model number, order number, and a few photos, and we'll help you sort it out.
