For standard models, we usually have stock samples available and can arrange dispatch in about 3–5 working days after confirmation. If you need a custom color, logo, or a specific size, the sample lead time is normally 7–10 working days, depending on the details. Sample costs and freight are usually paid by the buyer, but we can credit the sample fee against your bulk order once it is confirmed. If you send me your target model, size, material, and estimated order quantity, I’ll confirm the exact sample cost, delivery time, and whether we can refund the fee. That way you can evaluate the quality with confidence before committing to a large order.
