Great question — and the honest answer is that it depends on whether the bins are in stock or made to order. For a standard bulk order of urban trash bins, if the model, color, and capacity are already in stock, we usually need about 3–7 business days to process and pack the order. Then you add transit time. By express, that is often 5–10 business days; by air, about 3–7 business days; and by sea, usually 20–40 days depending on the destination port. If you are ordering full container loads, sea freight is normally the most cost-effective option, but you should allow extra time for booking, loading, and customs clearance.
For custom urban trash bins — say you need a specific logo, color, lid design, or mounting system — the production lead time is typically 15–30 days after artwork and deposit approval. Larger quantities, special molds, or powder-coated finishes can push production to 30–45 days. After production, shipping adds roughly 7–35 days depending on the delivery method and destination. So, a realistic total delivery time for a bulk order is often 2–4 weeks for in-stock goods and 5–8 weeks for custom production plus sea freight.
To get a more accurate estimate, it helps to share your quantity, bin size, material, custom requirements, delivery city, and required arrival date. If you have a deadline, tell us early — sometimes we can prioritize production, combine shipping, or recommend a faster port route. In short: standard stock bulk orders usually ship in about 3–7 days, while custom bulk urban trash bins typically take 15–30 days to produce, plus transit.
