We will initiate an inspection, which may involve our team assessing the bins on-site or reviewing detailed photos/videos you provide. If a legitimate durability defect is confirmed—such as premature cracking, corrosion, or failure of structural components under normal use—we will arrange for a replacement of the bin(s) at no additional cost to you. The replacement units will be from a batch we verify for enhanced durability. In cases where a direct replacement isn't feasible or preferred, we can discuss alternative solutions, including a pro-rated refund based on the expected lifespan.
