Cleaning a heavily used public waste bin is a tough but necessary task. First, gather your supplies: heavy-duty gloves, a stiff-bristled brush, a hose with water access, a biodegradable degreasing cleaner, a disinfectant spray or bleach solution, and baking soda or a commercial odor neutralizer.
