If your waste bins arrive damaged, don't worry! We've got you covered. Here's our straightforward return policy for damaged items:
First, inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice any cracks, dents, or broken parts, take clear photos of the damage and the packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
Next, contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the photos. We'll respond within one business day to guide you through the process.
You have two options:
1. We can send replacement bins immediately at no extra cost (we'll cover shipping too)
2. You can request a full refund if you prefer not to receive replacements
For minor cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality, we may offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the bins.
Our policy applies to damage occurring during transit only. Please note that normal wear and tear from use isn't covered. We use durable packaging specifically designed to protect your bins during shipping, but occasionally damage can still occur.
We recommend inspecting all items before disposing of the original packaging, as this helps us process your claim faster. Most replacement shipments are dispatched within 3-5 business days after we receive your damage report.
